Naturally Healthy Anxiety Relief

Although probiotics are generally safe I have always discussed any added daily supplements with my doctor just to be sure that my medical history or current medications don’t react negatively to each other. Probiotics can be dangerous to young children, elderly people, patients with serious illnesses, and people with compromised immune systems. Your doctor will be able to explain any risks that may impact you personally.
