Two-thirds of all office visits to family physicians are due to stress-related symptoms. Stress is linked to the six leading causes of death—heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver, and suicide.

Stress is unavoidable. But you can prevent and influence the majority of all stress in your life. The trick is learning how to distinguish outside stress and self induced stress. Then apply the proper modification or thought process to alter your perceptions and expectations.
