Progress

Sometimes when we feel stress it doesn’t seem like we are making any progress. You are so focused on the negative feelings of stress that you don’t see all of the good around you or all that you have gotten accomplished.

There are a lot of projects at this time of year which may cause you to feel rushed and you think there just aren’t enough hours in a day. When this happens remember what the holidays are all about. Making progress is sharing Family time…spending time with Friends…Filling your lungs with Laughter and Counting all of your Blessings. This is what keeps a smile on your face and happiness in your heart.

The rest… we do as time permits. We’ll make progress and get where we want to go if we don’t let those negative feelings drag us down and cause us to lose our way.

It’s up to you as to how you feel. Enjoy your days and keep spreading that Christmas cheer all year long.
