Having a Bad Day?

I used to think that I had bad days also but the facts remain that it was my attitude and disposition that I allowed myself to carry forward that ruined all the good moments that also came into play that day. I had to learn to immediately to acknowledge the negative – look at any good parts that may have come from that experience and then close that part of my day and move on.

In learning to do this I learned to live more in each moment and life became much more fulfilling and happy. No more Bad Days.
